Macaroni And Cheese

on Wednesday I made macaroni and cheese with a home made cheese sauce with the help of Jill (teacher aid). it was filling and delicious. the ingredients were tomato, cheese, corn, carrot, bacon pasta elbows, peas, black pepper and salt. one cup of a typical homemade macaroni and cheese recipe would provide 492 calories, 22 grams of fat, 13 grams of saturated fat, 19 grams of protein, 54 grams of carbohydrate, 3 grams of fibre, and 909 milligrams of sodium.

hot cross scones

on the 28th we made hot crossed buns with the scones base the taste was better the the spiced apple muffins and we didn't add to much of anything. it was YUM.

Cup Cakes

on the 22nd of march me and Marshall made mini sponge cakes (they were meant to be cup cakes). they had coco powder in it to make it chocolate in it, it was yum.

Chicken Stir Fry

On the 20th, Tuesday we made chicken stir fry the ingredients are: 1 chicken breast, 3 broccoli pieces, 1 carrot, 1/2 an onion and garlic. I worked with Gary, Ryley and Flinn. we did this because we are learning how to cook chicken correctly.
